- When they try to save an email to draft, they get an error. The email’s text is still viewable, but the Send button is greyed out and unusable, preventing users from responding. Users can’t reply to a previous email when this error message appears: “Can’t save draft. Please copy and paste your draft content into a new message to continue.” Users are left with little choice but to touch the ‘Continue’ button.

While emails are encrypted by default, activating S/MIME adds an extra degree of security. It encrypts a public key that must be decrypted by your recipient.
- Open the Outlook application.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Then select Mail Account.
- The S/MIME option can be found under Security.
- Toggle it to enabled if it is currently disabled.
- Make sure Outlook for iPhone is up to current.
